Services Selection Board (SSB) Interview is a scientifically designed and time tested personality Assessment System for selection of suitable candidates for Defence Services. It is a three dimensional assessment system independently conducted by Psychologist, GTO and Interviewing Officer to evaluate leadership and officer like qualities of a candidate. Entire procedure of conduct of the above tests are explained , practised and tested at SCFE. Over and above grooming sessions are imparted by qualified and experienced Ex-defence service officers to develop latent personality traits and instill confidence in the candidates for facing SSB Interview. In civil service the administrative acumen and communication skill of a candidate is tested and not traits of military leadership, hence the deference.
